The staff was knowledgeable and excellent, I'm grateful for their help. the service was good, including freshly cooked breakfasts and a lovely pool. - Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. Rewritten: I spent 3 lovely nights at Phu Quoc. the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable, which I appreciated. They provided great service, serving freshly cooked breakfasts and the pool was delightful. Plus, the free wake-up calls were a nice bonus.

Top management, kudos to Brian and Sean! Take personal care of every guest. . Beautiful location of the hotel directly on the beach
Partially poorly qualified personnel, long waiting times, food and drink had to be ordered more often to get it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our pleasant stay there a lot. Charming accommodation, the breakfast was magnificent, magnificent location directly in front of a construction zone. Location: the hotel was near to 1 restaurant restaurant and bar onsite, night markets, and all those who seek a quiet and romantic getaway. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Long beach. The staff turned out to be really helpful. The services were exceptional, offered us very good free Wi-Fi.

The silence in the whole complex, no roaring Russians or English, it was a wonderful, relaxing silence every day. The whole complex as also the beach was very well-kept and clean and the personnel was very friendly and the breakfast was also very sufficient and good.

Very attentive staff, . clean facilities, . great pool, . Beachvolley court, sports facilities and kayaks free, . Live music for dinner, . good restaurant with a large selection, . large selection of breakfast buffet
Free bikes in poor condition,. too far away from everything ... nothing can be done on foot, . Shuttle goes back exactly once a day, too early for the "night market". Sandy beach - at the time of my stay limited swimming possible because of jellyfish.

Nice pool and beach. Generous bowalow... The manager named Phu is great. Very friendly, understanding and helpful. Pleasant check in with a delicious welcome drink
Parking lots for scooters too far away (outside the hotel complex, you are not allowed to drive to the entrance.) I was missing the 4 star service. Cleaning staff unfriendly. Hotel was four times better last year (new head-managers since 3 weeks).

We stayed here for 5 nights and were more than thrilled. It was our 4th vacation on Phu Quoc and we know some hotels on this island. This hotel was the best we have stayed in. It is quiet, far from any construction noise, which is currently normal on Phu Quoc. Clean bungalows-very friendly staff. We can only recommend the hotel and we will book here again next year. Thanks Mercury Phu Quoc for a great time.
